PP6-30 (A/C) polypropylene high pressure centrifugal fan

PP6-30 polypropylene high-pressure centrifugal fan has theadvantages of high strength, light weight, good corrosion resistance, noteasy ageing, low noise characteristics, is an ideal new anti-corrosion fan,fans of the series is suitable for chemical, textile, electroplating,laboratory and other places discharge contains a certain concentration ofacid and alkali, salt and other corrosive gases. It is not allowed to removecorrosive gases, such as halogen derivatives, ketones, and othercompounds containing aromatic compounds, aliphatic and aromatichydrocarbons. Fan temperature is less than or equal to 40 DEG C, andavoid the sun, near the scene without heat source.

But it is not allowed to transport corrosive gasessuch as halogen derivatives and ketones containing aromaticcompounds, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. It has thecharacteristics of chemical corrosion resistance, not easy aging, smallspecific gravity, small mechanical vibration, low noise, smooth operationand so on. The gas is not allowed to contain viscous substances, dustand hard particles is less than or equal to 150mg/m3, the gastemperature is 50 DEG C, relative humidity is less than 100%. And avoidsun exposure, no heat source near the fan site.

Photonic Hydrogen Ion Air Purifier and Disinfector

The photohydrogen-ion air purifier leverages PHT photohydrogen-ion technology. Under the controlled action of a broad-spectrum photon generator and a proprietary special-metal catalytic medium, it produces hydroxyl ions, superoxide ions, hydrogen peroxide, and pure negative oxygen ions. Ultraviolet Photocatalytic Exhaust Gas Deodorization and Purification Unit

This instantly cleaves and disrupts the molecular chains of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, trimethylamine, styrene, as well as VOCs such as benzene, toluene, and xylene, thereby degrading them into low-molecular-weight byproducts—such as carbon dioxide and water.

Low-Temperature Plasma Exhaust Gas Deodorization and Purification Unit

The WT series plasma exhaust gas purifiers are designed with a cutting-edge adsorption–decomposition–carbonization process, featuring standard modular construction. They represent a dry-process solution for treating organic exhaust gases, fundamentally transforming conventional technologies that rely on activated carbon. This system eliminates the need for regeneration of the adsorbent, requires no dedicated operator, produces no secondary pollution, and offers convenient replacement and maintenance—operations can even be performed while the equipment is running. The QJY series plasma exhaust gas purifiers, on the other hand, impose minimal resistance on the exhaust fan, are easy to install, and can be manufactured in modular configurations tailored to specific site conditions, facilitating transportation and installation. With a compact design, low capital investment, and user-friendly operation, these units are available in standard or stainless-steel construction and handle airflows ranging from 6,000 to 60,000 m³/h. Together, these systems constitute state-of-the-art solutions for the treatment of industrial organic waste gas pollution.

Wet Electrostatic Precipitator

The operating principle of a wet electrostatic precipitator is essentially the same as that of a conventional electrostatic precipitator; the key difference lies in their dust-removal methods. Conventional electrostatic precipitators rely on mechanical rapping to remove collected dust, but during rapping, some dust may desorb and be carried away by the gas flow—this phenomenon is known as “secondary dust re-entrainment.” In contrast, wet electrostatic precipitators use liquid flushing for dust removal, whereby the collected dust is washed away with the liquid and subsequently collected in a centralized location, thereby eliminating secondary dust re-entrainment. This significantly enhances both dust-collection efficiency and operational stability. Because the dust-removal method employed in this type of electrostatic precipitator is liquid flushing, it is referred to as a “wet electrostatic precipitator.”
