The F4-72 fiberglass centrifugal fan is designed based on the performance parameters of the metal 4-72 fan, using glass fiber and resin molded into shape. This series of fans is capable of handling corrosive gases containing acidic, alkaline, or chemically aggressive components. However, the gases being conveyed must be free of viscous substances, as well as dust and hard particles with concentrations no higher than 150 mg/m³. Additionally, the gas temperature should not exceed 80°C, and the relative humidity must remain below 100%. This fan series boasts several key advantages: high strength, lightweight construction, excellent resistance to aging, superior corrosion protection, low noise levels, and smooth, stable operation—making it an ideal choice for general-purpose, corrosion-resistant ventilation applications. These fans are widely used in industries such as chemical processing, electroplating, oxidation processes, power plants, laboratories, printed circuit board manufacturing, and environmental protection equipment—anywhere where corrosive gases are present. The BF4-72 fiberglass explosion-proof centrifugal fan, on the other hand, is custom-built according to specific customer requirements, featuring either EXdI or EXdI Class A/B-rated explosion-proof isolation-type electric motors. It is perfectly suited for conveying flammable and explosive volatile gases, including methane, ethane, propane, styrene, toluene, xylene, carbon monoxide, acetic acid, kerosene, gasoline, furan, and other similar compounds. Notably, its performance specifications and installation dimensions closely match those of the standard F4-72 fiberglass centrifugal fan.
